The transformation now an illuminating, breathtaking oasis, combing modern coastal luxe vibes & the original charm of a bygone era. The perfect balance of white, timber & bespoke finishes. Sympathetic to the original design as per the heritage overlay, we retained the original front façade windows, front door, fretwork, gate & front fencing.
Upon entering the meticulously restored original 100 year old door, you will be embraced with detailed arches, VJ panelled walls & grand ceilings, which pay homage to the period home. The sheer size & elegance of the beaded chandelier highlights the stunning local artwork (by Bethany McKay) adorning the wall.
An accomplished light filled interior, delivers a captivating impression with quality finishes & well appointed kitchen. Beautifully curated furniture combines touches of luxe, coastal & vintage/art deco vibes throughout. The brushed brass chandeliers adorning the expansive vaulted ceiling are breathtaking. The meticulously restored floor to ceiling original fireplace is an artwork in itself. A masterpiece of history to admire, while relaxing on the cloud like sofa.
Be transported back to a thoughtful & timeless space in the intimate lounge. A touch of New York luxe, with detailed wainscoting, floor to ceiling drapes & a marble fireplace. Cosy up on the vintage leather chesterfield with a novel & enjoy the ambience of the fire. Pour a wine & let the gently curved Boucle chairs embrace you. A small study nook is included for those who don’t have the luxury of switching off from the workplace. An intriguing & sumptuous space you will never want to leave.
Relax on the large veranda underneath the cool breeze of the fans & overlook the resort style heated pool, which oozes coastal vibes. Need some tunes….pair your phone with the BOSE sound system complete with outdoor speakers for your listening pleasure. Summer staycations are a dream & it will transport you to paradise.
Enjoy a wine & toast marshmallows with the fam around the firepit in the beautiful garden. The soft garden lighting enhances this serene space, while you kick back & relax.

(Please note our stairs & single door access could not be changed due to the heritage overlay. Unfortunately we are not able to assist those with limited mobility).
Guest accessOnce booked the whole house is completely yours. We do not book rooms seperately. Please note the home must not exceed 8 guests. Our home comfortably sleeps 6 people. The chesterfield in the lounge can convert into a double size sofa bed for an extra 2 people. If you require a port a cot for children, please contact us.

Our favourite room – Pure opulence. A stunning luxe master suite with Boucle Queen bed with cloud soft vintage linen cover. Complete with high ceilings, decorative arches, fan & large windows. Beautiful sheer/block out drapes fall from the ceiling to create a luxe & romantic feel. Enjoy a relaxing hot soak in the stone bath that completes the luxury space.
Walk in shower/toilet & double vanity. Enjoy Alive handwash/lotion available on the vanity. We also have bodywash/shampoo/conditioner available in the spacious shower. All linen/bath & pool towels supplied.

This special space also includes a huge Walk In Robe complete with lit mirrored make up station. This room also provides a full length mirror.

A King bed that splits into 2 singles complete with cloud soft vintage linen cover & sage green throw/cushions. A VJ panelled wall doubles as a bed head & has a handy shelf for your personal items.
